Shipping Information:
We're pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders within Canada. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent, without any hidden fees or fine print.
Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This means we've received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We then check to ensure that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we'll void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to discuss alternate arrangements. If your item is ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and start preparing your order.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we've processed the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order. Please note that delivery times can range from 7 to 14 business days.*(Please note that we use different delivery companies to ship your order. Sometimes deliveries can take a little longer, but rest assured we will make sure that it gets to you as soon as possible!)*. You'll receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. *Please note that deliveries will be made curbside at your specified address, this service does not include any additional assistance with moving the package beyond the curb.*
Damages:
Upon receiving your items, please carefully inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, make sure to note it when signing for delivery or consider refusing the delivery. In the event that you do accept the delivery, it's important to take immediate photos using your smartphone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside. If your items do arrive damaged, please send the photos to contact@leisurelad.ca. Then, visit our Returns page to initiate your return claim online.
