Easy Returns

We stand by all of our products here at The Leisure Lad, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or the product wasn’t what you were hoping that it was. That is why we offer at 30 Day Return on all of our outdoor leisure products. No questions asked!

If you decide that you would like to return your item within the 30 days after you have placed your order please contact our team by emailing us at contact@leisurelad.ca with your order number.

*Please note that the customer will be responsible for playing the return costs of the items in the order and the item(s) must arrive in like new condition and must contain all accessories and packaging (this also includes packages that are sent back once they have left the warehouse). Once they have been received and inspected a email and full refund will be returned.*

“Like new” condition means that the item(s) that have been ordered show no signs of visible use or wear.

If the product is damaged when it is delivered please make note of it when you sign for delivery and send photos of the damage to contact@leisurelad.ca the same day of the delivery. We will make sure that we correct the issue as quickly as possible so that you can get your product you ordered undamaged. All items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless they are under warranty.

If you would like to cancel and order please contact us via email at contact@leisurelad.ca or give us a call at (204)403-8851 immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations that are received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders that are cancelled after the items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be charged return shipping costs.
